SBI Corporate User Registration

The SBI allows all of its customers to manage and access their banking systems online through the SBI Online Banking Facility. For Corporate User Registrations, SBI offers three different types of accounts –

Below we have mentioned a detailed process on how you can sign up for each type of Corporate Account!


Khata Plus

  1. Visit the official website of the SBI — https://www.onlinesbi.com.
  2. Under the Corporate Banking section, click on the New User Registration option.
  3. On the next Window, select Khata Plus.
  4. Now click on the “Click here to proceed” button.
  5. Select the type of Registration Form (New Registration Form, Partially Filled Form, Print Registration Form / Cancel Application).
  6. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and click on Submit.
  7. Now you will have to enter your 11 or 17 digit Account number along with the Security Code.
  8. You will now have to enter all the required information including the corporate name, address, phone numbers, email ID, and mobile number with country code.
  9. Once you submit the details, a registration reference number will be displayed on the screen. Make sure that you note it down.
  10. Now you will be required to enter the Administrator Details which includes the admin name, address, phone numbers, email ID, and accounts to be mapped for this admin.
  11. Enter all of the required information along with the security code and submit the form.
  12. A confirmation message will be shown along with a registration reference number on the screen. Make sure that you note it down.
  13. There will also be an option available to download the application form for printing which is to be submitted at the branch.

Vyapaar

Select the Vyapaar option if you require a corporate banking facility for a small business/partnership!

  1. Visit the official website of the SBI — https://www.onlinesbi.com.
  2. Under the Corporate Banking section, click on the New User Registration option.
  3. On the next Window, select Vyapaar.
  4. Now click on the “Click here to proceed” button.
  5. Select the type of Registration Form (New Registration Form, Partially Filled Form, Print Registration Form / Cancel Application).
  6. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and click on Submit.
  7. Now you will have to enter your 11 or 17 digit Account number along with the Security Code.
  8. Now enter in all the details including primary account, name, address, mobile number and email address of the corporate.
  9. Enter the administrator details and accounts to be managed by this admin.
  10. A confirmation message will be shown along with a registration reference on the screen. Make sure that you note it down.
  11. Once you have submitted the form, there will be an option available to download the application form for printing which is to be submitted at the branch.

Vistaar

Select the Vistaar option if you require a corporate banking facility for a large enterprise!

  1. Visit the official website of the SBI — https://www.onlinesbi.com.
  2. Under the Corporate Banking section, click on the New User Registration option.
  3. On the next Window, select Vistaar.
  4. Now click on the “Click here to proceed” button.
  5. Select the type of Registration Form (New Registration Form, Partially Filled Form, Print Registration Form / Cancel Application).
  6. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and click on Submit.
  7. Now you will have to enter your 11 or 17 digit Account number along with the Security Code.
  8. Enter all the details about the corporate.
  9. Next up, add the details for the Regulator who is the superuser for the corporate.
  10. Enter all the Administrator details.
  11. A registration reference number will be displayed, you should note it down.
  12. Use the registration reference number to complete the registration.
  13. Once you have completed the process, a confirmation message will be shown.
  14. Download the application form and take out its print.
  15. The application form must be signed by the authorized signatory of the new corporate.
  16. Submit the form at the branch where the primary account is held.
