  1. Go to the official website of Punjab National Bank (PNB) – https://www.pnbindia.in/
  2. Click on Internet Banking Login.
  3. You will be redirected to a new page. Now, click on Retail Internet Banking.
  4. On the new page, type in your USER ID and click on Continue.
  5. Now, enter your Net Banking Password and click on Log in.
  6. Now, you will receive an OTP(One-Time Password) on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP.
  8. You will now be logged in into your PNB Net Banking Account.

How to recover forgotten PNB Net Banking User ID?

Follow these steps to recover your forgotten PNB Net Banking User ID:

  1. On the PNB Net Banking Login Page, click on Forgot User ID.
  2. You will be redirected to a new page where you are required to enter your Account Number. (You can find your account number on Passbook, ChequeBook.)
  3. Enter your Account Number and click on Verify.
  4. Now, you will receive an OTP(One-Time Password) on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on Continue.
  5. After you enter the OTP, your PNB Net Banking User ID will be shown on the screen.

How to reset PNB Net Banking Password?

Follow these steps to reset PNB Net Banking Password:

  1. On the PNB Net Banking Login Page, Enter your User ID and click on Continue.
  2. Click on Forgot Password? button.
  3. Enter your User ID and click on Submit.
  4. Now, you will receive an OTP(One-Time Password) on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on Continue.
  5. You will now have to enter the Debit Card details for verification.
  6. Enter your debit card details and click on Continue.
  7. Now, you can easily set the new PNB Net Banking Password.
