How to retrieve ICICI Net Banking User ID?

To retrieve your ICICI Net Banking Account User ID, follow these steps:

  1. On the ICICI Net Banking Login page, click on Get User ID.
  2. You will be redirected to a new page showing you about two methods to retrieve your User ID.
  3. Click on Proceed.
  4. Now, enter either your Account Number or Credit/Debit Card Number and Mobile Number and click on Go.
  5. You will receive your ICICI Net Banking Account User ID on the registered mobile number.

How to reset the ICICI Net Banking password?

To reset your ICICI Net Banking Account password, follow these steps:

  2. You will be redirected to a new page showing you instructions on how to reset your password.
  3. Click on Proceed.
  4. Enter your User ID and click on Go.
  5. Enter your registered Mobile Number.
  6. You will now receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.
