How to login into your HDFC Net Banking Account?

To login into your HDFC Net Banking Account, follow these steps:

  1. Head over to the website of Net Banking HDFC – https://netbanking.hdfcbank.com/netbanking/
  2. Enter your User ID / Customer ID.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Enter your IPIN (Password).
  5. Click on Log in.
  6. You will now be logged in into your HDFC Net Banking Account.

How to retrieve HDFC Customer ID?

To retrieve your HDFC Customer ID, follow these steps:

  1. Click on Forget Customer ID link.
  2. Enter all the required details including registered Mobile No. (with Country Code), and your PAN or Date of Birth details.
  3. Enter the captcha code and click on Continue.
  4. You will now receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your registered Mobile Number for authentication.
  5. Enter the received OTP in the given box.
  6. Once authenticated, your Customer ID will be displayed upfront.

How to retrieve HDFC IPIN(Password)?

To retrieve your HDFC IPIN(Password), follow these steps:

  1. Enter your User ID / Customer ID.
  2. Click on Forgot IPIN (Password)? link.
  3. Enter your User ID / Customer ID again.
  4. Click on Go.
  5. Now, select your authentication method to authenticate your account.
  6. Enter the captcha code and click on Continue.
  7. You will now have to enter the mobile number that you registered while opening your account.
  8. Once you enter the mobile number, click on Continue.
  9. You will receive an OTP on your mobile number.
  10. Enter the OTP for authentication.
  11. Once authenticated, a new IPIN will be set that you can use to login.
