SBI latest FD interest rate

State bank of India has reduced their retain term deposit by 10 to 50 basis point for some tenors. After the final revision for now, fixed deposits that are maturing between 7 to 45 days, 46 to 179 days will be offering the interest rate of 4% and 5% respectively.

Interest rates on the FD that are maturing in 180 days to less than a year will give 5.50%. however, one year to ten year tenor FD will earn 5.90%. also, senior citizens will be getting the interest range from 4.50% to 6.40% on the fixed deposit tenor 7 days to 10 years. The rates are given as followed-

7 days to 45 days 4.00%

46 days to 179 days 5.00%

180 days to 210 days 5.50%

211 days to less than 1 year 5.50%

1 year to less than 2 year 5.90%

2 years to less than 3 years 5.90%

3 years to less than 5 years 5.90%

5 years and up to 10 years 5.90%

HDFC Bank FB Interest rate

HDFC bank is offering the interest rate from 3.50% to 6.25% on the deposits with maturities from 7 days to 10 years. However, senior citizens will be getting 50 basis points that will be higher interest rate than the general public. The bank offer interest rates from 4.00% to 6.75% on Fixed deposits that are maturing in 7 days to 10 years. It will come in the effect from 18th march.
